Since opening our doors in 1993, South Bay Ford has been family-owned and deeply rooted in the South Bay community. For over three decades, we’ve focused on more than just selling cars—we’ve built relationships and a sense of family, both with our team and our customers.
Our owners remain hands-on every day, ensuring that their values of honesty and respect are reflected in everything we do. Their leadership creates a workplace where 45% of our team has stayed with us for over 10 years! And four Team Members have been with us since day one. We believe this speaks volumes about the kind of environment we’ve worked to create; one built on trust, respect, and teamwork.

We also partner with the Hawthorne Chamber of Commerce each year for their Holiday Toy drive. Our team members’ generosity fills up a Ford F-150 truck with toys for local area kids. Every member of our team strives to make a meaningful impact on our local community.

We have more Ford Master trained technicians than any other dealer in the area. With 120 service bays to serve you, we’ll have you back on the road quickly. If you’re dropping your vehicle off for service, our complimentary shuttle can take you home or to work.

The President's Award is presented to the top 15 Ford dealerships that achieved the highest customer satisfaction scores in their region.
The Ford Triple Crown Award recognizes dealerships that have earned The President's Award, membership in the Ford 100 Club, and The Premier Club Award in the same year.
To be a member of the Ford Premier Club, a dealer must be one of the top 50 retail parts purchasing Ford dealerships in the nation and have excellent parts and service performance.
Membership in the Ford 100 Club is limited to dealerships that are in the top 100 for volume sales in the United States.
