1. Can I order a Ford Model other than the ones shown on this page?
As factory production schedules change, there are times when order banks are open and closed depending on the model. If you are looking for a specific Ford model, please contact a South Bay Ford sale representative to get more information.
2. How do I order a vehicle from South Bay Ford?
Order your new Ford today by clicking "Start Your Ford [Mode} Custom Order" This will take you to the Ford Factory page and you'll be able to fill in your contact information and preferences. A dealership representative will soon contact you to build and price your vehicle in case we already have your desired Ford coming in.
3. How long will it take to have my custom Ford delivered?
Delivery times are based on Ford's production schedules and vary by model and options ordered. South Bay Ford will keep you informed on the estimated delivery time.
4. Is there an extra cost for ordering a custom Ford vehicle?
Ford does not charge extra for custom orders but final sale prices are negotiated between you and a South Bay Ford representative. Some models may require a small deposit that is refundable.
5. Is my ordered custom Ford vehicle eligible for Ford incentives?
Ordering customers will be eligible for qualifying incentives at the time of order placement or qualifying incentives at the time of final delivery, whichever is preferred.
6. Am I able to finance or lease my factory order vehicle?

8. Where and when would I get my VIN to track my vehicle?
Your South Bay Ford dealership representative will be able to provide you the VIN once it's been established.
9. How will I be notified when my custom Ford vehicle is being delivered?
Once your vehicle has arrived at the dealership, your South Bay Ford representative will contact you to confirm its arrival, collect any additional information needed to complete the sale and schedule a convenient time and location for final delivery to you.
