I saw a car on their website, decided to come by just to check it out and ended up driving it off the lot hours later because of their amazing service. Zoe was my salesperson and she was so personable, so knowledgeable about the vehicle, but most importantly never pressured me to make a decision in any way! Truly one of the easiest buying experiences I've had thanks to her. I love that South Bay Ford allows you to finance it somewhere else within like 5 days of purchasing the vehicle, allowing me to drive it home same day but still finance it through my preferred credit union within a few days. I'm sending my sister here to buy her next vehicle. Very trustworthy people!

In today's Car Market climate it was refreshing to see a dealer with long term goals vs short term. Almost all the car dealers I went to had some form of dealer mark-up of around 4K- 6.5K per vehicle. One dealership had a mark-up of 30K on a popular vehicle. Had I purchased from one of these dealerships I would never purchase there again.The SBF sales environment was relaxed, with no pressure sales. I was told there was no dealer mark-up and as we were going through the numbers I was just waiting for the shoe to drop, but it never did. If you have been looking for a vehicle lately...you will know how rare this is.Amazing service and kudos to the owner for taking a long term approach to customer satisfaction. Martin Gil (sales) and Mark Jaime (finance) were amazing to work with, but I'm sure it's all about the corporate culture so you won't go wrong with others. I ended up with a Bronco Sport....but will be back when it's bigger brother becomes more available.

This is the best place I've ever been to fix my car

    

They are fast, give you free breakfast or lunch. They have a menu of free foods you can order, we got the breakfast burrito, I had to pay $2 for my orange juice but coffee was free. My car services were free because I had been mailed a free coupon in the mail. Steve Lopez was so friendly and helpful. Everyone who works here is just so nice. I love this place. I won't be going anywhere else to get my car fixed just here for now on.

In my time and this one is by far the best customer experience I have ever had. They go above and beyond every time. Leading the team of members helping me out was Eduardo Milan. He is absolutely the best. He is so personable and friendly, and always has a smile on his face. He is an exemplary employee and human. I have been having my vehicles serviced since 1998 when your Ford dealership was on Hawthorne Blvd. When you moved to Oceangate I was glad to see that Frank Parra was still with the company.I now have a Chevy truck & a Chevy van & because of people like Frank, I get them serviced @ South Bay Ford rather than the Chevy Dealership.Frank is great & my service is always done right the first time on time & they even give me an updated report on the condition of my vehicles.This year I referred my daughter (Paula) to SBF & she & her husband (RJ) both purchased two new Ford vehicles from SBF. I recently purchased a 2008 Ford Edge and from the moment we set foot at the dealership it was a very pleasant experience.---- I work customer support for a company that offers our service at dealerships. Not a day goes by where I don-t hear a -bad experience- a customer has had at the dealership they purchased their vehicle at. I figured that was the norm. But no, from the moment I arrived at South Bay Ford to the moment I drove my car home I was nothing but smiles. ----Mr. Jamie Brown was such a pleasure to deal with. He gave me space to think about what I really wanted to do. And Mr. Dan Mueller did a great job at answering my questions and concerns. I happened to want to buy my car on Superbowl Sunday a few hours before the game and the whole team was able to get me in and out of there way before kickoff. Rich Glavis offers great advice

    

I came in to order a hard to find light assembly for my Escort ZX2 and was helped by Rich Glavis. He was able to locate it quickly and offered great advice regarding service to get it installed. He was then able to identify that I needed an additional part for assembly to work properly. He was incredibly helpful and up-front, which I greatly appreciated.----I then spoke with Craig Pratt for the actual installation. He was also incredibly helpful in explaining what the installation would entail, as well as a quote for the service to be performed. The price he gave me made me feel like he was really looking out for me and had my best interest in mind. I had no hesitation about having the installation being performed right away on the spot.----Mr. Glavis -parts- and Mr. Pratt -service- were incredibly helpful, professional, and sincere -which you do not get at many dealerships these days-. I just want to say how impressed I am with South Bay Ford, I have to start off by thanking Israel for welcoming me to the dealer as if I was part of the family. As soon as I walked in, and was greeted by him, I realized I was making the right choice in dealership. I was walking into the dealership with an uneasy feeling because I had a budget in mind, with a specific vehicle in mind, and I wanted to make the correct and educated choice. Mr. Israel guided me every step of the way, helping me pick the right vehicle for my family and myself as well as being able to meet my budget, but keeping quality and safety in mind. He even took time out of his day to take each vehicle to my home to show my wife because she wasn-t able to make the trip to the dealership. Araya Tessema and Mark Jaime were by far the best people I met going to many dealerships. I have been back for service and they still treat me with great respect. Mark recognized me after not seeing me for months and only seeing me for 1 day. That's good. If anyone buys a car come to South Bay Ford and speak to Araya. He is very professional and will work with you to get in a vehicle that you want. I am going back for another vehicle very soon. By the way to all, I have always been a Chevy person. I do like Ford products, but having a connection such as Araya makes a very painless experience.
